We have reserved your appointment especially for you. We would appreciate your understanding and cooperation with regard to cancellation. If you have an appointment time and find that you must cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours prior to your scheduled time. VISA, MasterCard, or American Express account numbers will be taken for all appointments. If appointments are not canceled within the designated time, your account will be charged in full.
